Hiring IT Executive. Department: IT & Technical SupportExperience Required: Prior experience in Networking, Troubleshooting & Connectivity Support

Overview:DigiMaxis Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and skilled IT Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in networking, troubleshooting, and managing connectivity issues to ensure smooth technical operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office networks, internet connectivity, and system configurations
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues in real-time
  • Provide technical support to internal teams and ensure minimum downtime
  • Maintain IT inventory, install and update software/hardware as needed
  • Coordinate with service providers for internet, hardware, and related issues
  • Implement basic IT security protocols and ensure safe system practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support roles with hands-on work in networking and troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi management
  • Ability to diagnose technical problems quickly and provide efficient solutions
  • Familiarity with both Windows and Mac systems preferred
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
