Job Description:
Were hiring a Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social platforms. This is a part-time remote role (approx. 12 hours/week) with flexibility to work during the week or weekends. Youll be responsible for content planning, posting, engagement, and analyzing performance across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging posts that align with our brand voice and goals.
- Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and mentions.
- Track analytics to measure growth and engagement; optimize accordingly.
- Stay on top of trends and suggest new content ideas.
- Work independently, managing tasks and deadlines within the 12-hour weekly schedule.
Requirements:
- Experience managing social media accounts (portfolio or examples required).
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms and engagement strategies.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Basic graphic design or Canva skills.
- Familiar with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Self-driven, reliable, and able to work flexible hours — including weekends if needed.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Basic video editing (for Reels/Shorts).
- Experience with community building or influencer outreach.
- Knowledge of trending content formats.
