Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically sound Junior Sales Engineer to join our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ELV systems such as CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, BMS, IBMS, Smart Displays, Access Control, Video Walls, Public Address Systems, etc. This role will be heavily focused on pre-sales activities, supporting the sales team with technical proposals, solution design, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer requirements and design suitable ELV solutions (CCTV, FA, BMS, IBMS, Access Control, etc.) tailored to their needs.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including BOQs, drawings, compliance sheets, and product presentations.
  • Assist the senior sales team in conducting site surveys, technical meetings, and solution demonstrations.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support to customers and help bridge communication between clients and the design/engineering team.
  • Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers to gather up-to-date technical specifications and pricing.
  • Engage in tendering processes including documentation, compliance mapping, and solution pitching.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify differentiation strategies.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on project progress, quotations, and post-submission clarifications.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in the ELV and smart automation sectors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunication / Mechatronics Engineering or related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in ELV system sales or technical pre-sales support.
  • Solid knowledge of CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, BMS, Access Control, and other ELV components.
  • Strong skills in proposal drafting, technical drawings, and MS Office tools; familiarity with AutoCAD, Visio, or related design software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Preferred Skills (Plus Point):

  • Experience with brands such as Hikvision, Honeywell, Bosch, Schneider Electric, Crestron, Extron, etc.
  • Exposure to Smart Building Technologies and Integrated Control Solutions.
  • Knowledge of basic networking and IP-based system architecture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
