Job Summary We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in building AI-driven applications and a foundational understanding of blockchain technologies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing intelligent systems and the capability to work across both frontend and backend stacks, delivering robust, scalable, and secure applications. In this role, youll be responsible for developing end-to-end features, including UI components, backend services, AI agent logic, and integrations with decentralized technologies. You will collaborate with AI engineers, blockchain developers, designers, and product managers to create next-generation digital tools and platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Build and deploy AI-powered agents using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, or CrewAI.
• Integrate LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, open-source models) to deliver intelligent automation features.
• Connect blockchain components such as smart contracts, wallets, or identity systems to frontend and backend layers.
• Implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs for communication between services.
• Manage database architecture for structured and unstructured data, including vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code with best practices and test coverage.
• Participate in system architecture design, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Stay updated on AI and blockchain trends to ensure cutting-edge development.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a full stack developer.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies: React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, or similar frameworks.
• Strong backend experience with Node.js, Python (FastAPI, Flask), or Express.js.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks: LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT, or similar.
• Familiarity with integrating and prompting LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
• Working knowledge of blockchain fundamentals (Ethereum, smart contracts, wallets).
• Comfortable with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase).
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and deployment to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Vercel).

Preferred Skills:

• Smart contract development (Solidity or Rust).
• Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or WalletConnect integration.
• Experience working with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Basic understanding of decentralized identity (DID) and data storage protocols (IPFS, Arweave).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
