Job Title: Oven OperatorLocation: Korangi Industrial Area, KarachiShift Duration: 10 Hours (Day and Night Shifts)Working Days: 6 Days a WeekIndustry: Manufacturing / Food Production

Position Overview:

We are currently hiring 1 Oven Operator for the Day Shift and 2 Oven Operators for the Night Shift to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for operating and monitoring industrial ovens to ensure consistent and high-quality output according to production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain oven machinery according to standard procedures
  • Monitor oven temperatures, time settings, and ensure proper baking processes
  • Load and unload items into the oven safely and efficiently
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are strictly followed
  • Report any operational issues or maintenance needs to supervisors
  • Accurately complete daily production logs and reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred)
  • Understanding of oven operations and safety protocols
  • Ability to work long shifts and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Willingness to work in a factory environment
