Process Technologist

We are seeking a self-driven, passionate, with relevant experience in Process Engineering. Knowledge and experience in the field of process Technology in a technical, operational environment (line organization). Preferably experience in Process industry/Technology, Process engineering in FMCG, Substantial Experience in Process Hazard Analysis, FMEA & RCFA Experience in the field of Process & Equipment design, Process flow calculations, fluid dynamics & Heat Transfer.

• Bachelors degree in mechanical / chemical.

• 2+ years of experience in related industry

Vacancy description

• To lead the initiation, development, testing and optimization of new and existing manufacturing processes.
• Tracking deviations from standards and ensure compliance to quality standards, in line with the applicable SHE&Q and operations guidelines - with the purpose of contributing to efficient production processes against the agreed quality standards at the lowest possible cost.
• Stakeholder management with various disciplines within the Company and other production locations, Global Process Technologists etc.
• Exchanging relevant knowledge and co-development and implementation of best practices and standards with other locations, R&D and the TETs
• Comply to Law and Regulations
• Comply to FrieslandCampina Standards (TET, Summit, FOQUS)
• Working together with different stakeholders: production, quality, safety, central departments and business group colleagues.
• Regulatory Compliance of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Procedures.
• Personnel management.
• Implementation of Technology standards & improvements
• Execution of projects and Innovation
