We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, engage, and hire top talent for our organization. You will partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, source candidates, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering).
  • Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels to find top talent.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in IT/Software Industry.
  • Familiarity with employer branding strategies.

Timings : 6pm to 12am (Mon to Fri)
