## Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Medical Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests and procedures, providing accurate results for patient diagnosis and treatment. ## Responsibilities - Perform a variety of laboratory tests including ELISA, blood sampling, and assays - Conduct venipuncture and collect blood samples - Manage laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning - Follow laboratory procedures and protocols to maintain quality control - Analyze and report data accurately and promptly - Assist in clinical trials and research projects as needed - Maintain inventory of supplies and reagents - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards ## Experience - Bachelors degree in Medical Technology or related field - Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or equivalent - Strong knowledge of anatomy, laboratory management, and blood banking - Experience in conducting laboratory tests and procedures - Proficiency in ELISA techniques and venipuncture - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Join our team to contribute to patient care through accurate laboratory testing!
