Position: Assistant Manager – Business DevelopmentLocation: Karachi, SindhIndustry: Energy / Oil & Gas / Fertilizer / RefineryCompany Type: Private SectorRole Overview:A reputed private company operating in the energy, oil & gas, fertilizer, and refinery sectors is looking to hire an Assistant Manager – Business Development. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, market development, and direct client engagement, including in-person meetings and on-site visits.Key Responsibilities:Conduct client visits and meetings to build strong relationships and understand business requirements.Participate in contract discussions and assist in finalizing business deals.Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and reporting of business development activities.Travel across Pakistan, as required, for business meetings and site visits.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, ideally within the energy, oil & gas, fertilizer, or refinery industries.Experience with multinational companies will be a strong advantage.Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.Willingness to travel and meet clients on-site across Pakistan.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits.Career growth opportunities based on performance.
