About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of HR to lead and oversee all human resource functions across ourClients organization. This is a strategic leadership role ideal for someone with a proven track record in HR within the FMCG or Retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys overall goals.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a sizable HR team.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Spearhead initiatives in talent acquisition, retention, and employee development.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and manage employee relations effectively.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver HR solutions that support business objectives.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience in an HR role within the Retail industries. (7+years)
  • Expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field + Certifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
