Job Overview:

Hifinet, a key division of a leading Canadian home renovation company, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to drive efficiency and excellence in our renovation projects.

If you excel at team coordination, optimizing workflows, and working with contractors remotely, we want you on our team! Join us to streamline operations, enhance project execution, and shape the future of home renovations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of renovation projects, ensuring exceptional quality and timely delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate remotely with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution and timely material procurement.
  • Monitor and analyze project KPIs, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Ensure efficient material distribution and inventory management in collaboration with procurement teams.
  • Conduct risk assessments and proactively address project challenges to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic decision-making, and problem-solving abilities to drive project success.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and project management tools.
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
