Communication Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Communication Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement communication strategies tailored for the Pakistani market while aligning with the global brand voice.
• Coordinate with international brand teams to localize content and campaigns.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
• Act as a liaison between international brand partners, local distributors, PR agencies, and internal departments.
• Manage communication flow across all stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and timely execution.
• Brand Localization & Market Positioning:
• Adapt brand narratives and marketing content for cultural relevance and local resonance.
• Conduct market research to guide tone, imagery, and message customization.
• Media & Public Relations:
• Coordinate press releases, launch events, and media briefings.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
• Project Management:
• Support project planning and execution for brand entry campaigns, including launch timelines, resource coordination, and milestone tracking.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Content Creation & Management:
• Oversee creation of bilingual content (English/Urdu) across digital, print, and broadcast media.
• Manage brand communication on social media platforms, ensuring responsiveness and alignment with global strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
• 3-5 years of working in a communication role, preferably with exposure to international brand management or market entry.
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Urdu.
• Familiarity with Pakistani consumer behavior, media landscape, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working in a cross-cultural or multinational environment is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs120,000.00 per month
