Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
  • Promote company services/products and generate sales
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a pipeline of prospects
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM tools
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle objections professionally
