Position Overview:We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Senior EPC Residential Engineer to manage and oversee residential solar energy projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete execution of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) activities for residential installations, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute residential solar projects from design through to commissioning.
  • Develop technical designs and system layouts using tools such as AutoCAD and PVsyst.
  • Oversee procurement of equipment and materials required for residential projects.
  • Supervise installation teams to ensure projects are implemented as per design and safety standards.
  • Conduct site visits for feasibility assessments and post-installation inspections.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, electrical codes, and quality control protocols.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including technical reports, timelines, and checklists.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines, reporting progress to management regularly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in residential solar EPC projects.
  • Hands-on experience with design and simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope).
  • Knowledge of solar PV systems, installation procedures, and relevant safety standards.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work on-site as required and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
