Were Hiring: Personal Assistant (PA) to DirectorLocation: Cosmic Institute, Bosan Road, MultanPosition Type: Full-Time | On-SiteSalary Expectation: Rs. 40,000 - 45,000 per month

Job Overview:Cosmic Institute is looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the Director who can manage administrative responsibilities efficiently and act as a reliable support system in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage directors calendar, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the director
  • Organize and maintain files and documents
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing notes
  • Follow up on tasks and deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (preferred in Business Administration or related field)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
