Invitation for Tender for Procurement of Supplies Items for technical Support to the 45 Chakki Processors

Association for Gender Awareness & Human Empowerment (AGAHE) is a national non-government organization (NGO) established in 2007 under the Societies Act, 1860 in Punjab with a vision to ‘create an enabling environment for vulnerable segments of society where they can utilize their full potential for improvement in their lives and have equal opportunities to safeguard their rights. Core thematic areas of AGAHE include Water, Sanitation & Hygiene, Health & Nutrition, Sustainable Livelihood, Governance, and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR).

AGAHE is implementing a project titled “scaling up of Bio fortified Zinc Wheat “BZW)” with the support of Gain Pakistan in District Multan, Khanewal & Bahawalpur. For this purpose, AGAHE seeks the services for Procurement of Technical support to the 45 Chakki Processors. In order for Procurement of Supplies Items for technical Support to the 45 Chakki Processors “Scaling up of Bio fortified Zinc Wheat “BZW)” The supplies/services are required as mentioned in specifications. AGAHE is inviting qualified and experienced suppliers bid for the Procurement of technical Support to the 45 Chakki Processors.

Terms & Conditions:

1- All quotations must be addressed to AGAHE Field Office Multan.

2- Quotations shall be submitted in PKR.

3- A valid FBR registration and company bank A/C is mandatory for suppliers to submit a quotation.

4- Items can be Requested in Single Purchase Order or as per requirement.

5- The quotation must be written on company letterhead.

6- Payment shall be made within 07 days after receiving the invoice.

7- The quotation must have validity days from the date of issuance.

8- Payment shall be made through a cross cheque after Tax deduction as per provision of law.

9- Moisturiser meters will be mentioned in the above order, with only one type of model to be ordered after receiving the rates and deciding based on the budget.

10- Upon selection, suppliers/vendors must have their samples approved by AGAHE before receiving a purchase order.

11. The Items can be increase or decrease as per available of budget.

12- Cost for transportation should be included in the price of items.

13- Service providers must not be engaged in any child labor, human rights abuses, corruption, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices including but not limited to applying/ bidding by multiple names / companies. If any bidder is found to be involved in such practices his/her bid may be rejected and the companies in question permanently blacklisted.

14- AGAHE reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation in parts or whole with assigning any reason.

15- In case of calculation mistake, the unit rate will be considered for financial evaluation.
