  • Ensure full compliance with local, provincial, and federal labor laws, rules, and regulations governing employment practices.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies such as PESSI, EOBI, Social Security, Labour Department, and Labor Welfare offices for registrations, inspections, audits, and submissions.
  • Draft, review, and implement employment contracts, HR policies, and disciplinary procedures in line with legal frameworks.
  • Represent the organization in labor courts, conciliation proceedings, and tribunals as required, including the preparation of legal documents and case summaries.
  • Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and employee disputes, ensuring fair treatment and legal compliance.
  • Monitor changes in labor legislation and proactively update internal policies and systems to reflect those changes.
  • Educate and train HR teams, supervisors, and line managers on labor law compliance and employee rights.
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure records related to wages, working hours, leave, and safety standards are properly maintained.
  • Lead or support labor union negotiations and maintain positive industrial relations to prevent disruptions.
  • Advise senior management on labor law risks, compliance strategies, and cost implications of employment decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
