Were Hiring: DME Call Agent (US Healthcare Campaign)

Location: North Nazimabad, Karachi

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Job Type: On-Site | Full-time

Role Overview:

As a DME Call Agent, you will:

  • Conduct outbound calls to screen patients for DME product eligibility.
  • Verify personal and Medicare information accurately.
  • Assess medical conditions (such as arthritis or diabetes) using a provided script.
  • Explain DME products and obtain verbal consent for shipment.
  • Collect and document patient information (pain levels, doctor details, insulin use, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Medicare guidelines.
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic tone throughout patient interactions.
  • Coordinate follow-up and inform patients about delivery timelines.

  • Proven experience in Customer Service, DME campaigns, or healthcare support.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.
