About the job: We are seeking a skilled IBM Integration Bus (IIB) Developer to join our dynamic IT team. As an IIB Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using IBM Integration Bus technology. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze integration requirements, and create scalable and efficient integration solutions. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop integration solutions using IBM Integration Bus (IIB), IBM DataPower, and API Connect.
• Implement message flows, data mapping, and transformations using IIB.
• Configure and manage middleware components to support seamless system integration.
• Develop and maintain SOAP services, WSDLs, and work with XML, XSD, XPath, XQuery, and XSLT.
• Manage security configurations including certificate creation and AAA policies.
• Perform object and service testing using tools like SOAPUI, RFHUTIL, and Postman.
• Optimize performance and ensure best practices in DataPower-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and support production environments.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in IIB, IBM DataPower, and API Connect development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of SOA principles and middleware architecture.
• Proficiency in XML technologies and web services (SOAP, WSDL).
• Experience with integration testing tools and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with database systems like DB2 or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Good To Have:

• Experience in Agile environments.
• Exposure to the insurance domain.
• AWS certification or cloud integration experience.
