A leading group involved in construction industry is seeking experienced, self-motivated and highly passionate career oriented individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing and vetting of property related Legal Agreement & Contract Agreement etc.
  • Handling contracts, agreements, and legal notices
  • Ensuring legal compliance in real estate matters
  • Pro-actively support and advise company management on legal matters.
  • Help legal department in maintaining a legal repository and ensure all reviewed agreements once executed are maintained in the repository.
  • Represent the company at different government or semi government organization.
  • Give presentation on behalf of the company at different platform.
  • Update the company management on relevant laws.
  • Good stakeholder management skills and ability to prioritize and work with tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Must be Master of Business Administration
  • Preferably Law degree with experience in property documentation
  • Strong understanding of legal procedures and contract law
