Crea8ive Bench Pvt. Ltd is looking for a motivated HR Intern eager to kickstart their career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment process and scheduling onsite interviews
  • Conduct telephonic interviews and maintain candidate pool.
  • Maintain and update attendance/leave record of the employees
  • Foster a positive culture in the organization
  • Provide assistance with employee support and queries
  • Collaborate on day to day HR operations.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, or Social Sciences
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Basic understanding of HR functions
