Job Title: Retail Store ManagerLocation: LahoreJob Type: Full-Time

Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduate degree (Business Administration preferred)

Experience:

  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in retail operations and store management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing retail staff

Key Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and implement improvement strategies
  • Knowledge of retail POS systems and basic accounting

  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends/holidays

Responsibilities:

Store Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stock discrepancies
  • Implement visual merchandising standards and store layouts

Sales & Customer Service:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective strategies
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train and supervise store staff
  • Create staff schedules and manage shift rotations
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback

Administrative Duties:

  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
  • Monitor expenses and control operational costs
