The RoleWere looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of functionality and beauty. Youll play a critical role in shaping our product experience—from user flows to final UI, ensuring every interaction feels effortless, secure, and human-centered.

As a Senior Product Designer, youll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and marketing teams to create designs that not only look stunning but solve real financial problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end product design process (research, wireframing, prototyping, UI/UX)
  • Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback
  • Develop and maintain design systems and UI guidelines for consistency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handoff from design to development
  • Translate complex fintech concepts into simple, easy-to-use flows and interfaces
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user insights
  • Advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Stay updated on fintech trends, mobile UX best practices, and emerging design tools

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product design experience (at least 2+ in fintech, banking, or financial services preferred)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, mobile app design, and polished visual UI
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other modern design tools
  • Experience working closely with product managers and developers in agile environments
  • Strong communication skills—you can clearly articulate design decisions and trade-offs
  • Experience with building/maintaining design systems is a big plus
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is preferred

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have designed secure flows like KYC onboarding, transaction verifications, wallets, or lending products
  • Understand accessibility (WCAG) and its importance in financial products
  • Have motion/interaction design experience for micro-interactions
  • Can think strategically about product and business goals, not just UI

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
