Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities on lead generation platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and others.
  • Manage CRM systems to ensure effective tracking and nurturing of leads to closure.
  • Work closely with technical teams to understand project requirements and craft tailored proposals that meet client specifications.
  • Ensure all client interactions are logged and maintained in the CRM system, providing clear visibility on the pipeline status.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate potential solutions to prospective clients.
  • Regularly review and refine lead generation and management processes to increase efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts for internal stakeholders.
  • Follow up diligently on leads to convert proposals into successful deals.
  • Engage in continuous learning about new tech stacks and AI innovations to enhance proposal quality and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in BSCS or related field.

Atleast 1+ years of experience in a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting and presenting clear, concise proposals.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Solid understanding of CRM software and lead management processes.
