We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with an understanding of accounting principles to join our growing team. This on-site role blends the strategic responsibilities of HR with essential financial tasks, ensuring smooth operations on both people and payroll fronts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the full HR lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Manage and update HR policies in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Foster a healthy, productive, and engaging workplace culture.
  • Handle conflict resolution and employee grievances professionally.
  • Organize team-building activities and support leadership in employee engagement initiatives.

Accounting & Payroll Duties:

  • Process monthly payroll with accurate tax and benefits calculations.
  • Maintain and reconcile employee expense records.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting for HR-related costs.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to prepare salary slips and ensure timely disbursements.

What Were Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, with working knowledge of accounting.
  • Proficient in payroll software, MS Excel, and basic accounting tools.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in Pakistan.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
