Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleanliness staff member to ensure our facilities remain clean, sanitary, and presentable at all times. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and take pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards in our workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize floors, surfaces, windows, and common areas.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment to maintain a tidy environment.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintain restrooms by cleaning toilets, sinks, and replenishing supplies.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness in offices, meeting rooms, and other designated areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, broken equipment, or safety hazards.
- Follow cleaning schedules and safety protocols.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Good physical stamina to handle standing, bending, and lifting.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
