Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Sales Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of customer service practices in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement and Sales:

Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media .

Consult with potential customers to understand their needs; propose solutions that meet their requirements effectively.

Close sales and work with customer service to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.

• Sales Targets and Performance:

Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Monitor and report on sales performance analytics, adjust strategies as needed to hit key milestones.

• Market Research and Strategy:

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Provide insights into product development and marketing strategies based on customer feedback and market research.

• Customer Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Manage client accounts, ensuring all sales and service processes are completed efficiently.

• Collaboration and Reporting:

Collaborate with the marketing and operational teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for the Sales Manager and executive management team.
