Commercial Excellence Officer

City: Karachi Posted On: Mar 12, 2025 Role Summary The Commercial Excellence Officer is responsible for ensuring seamless commercial operations, accurate documentation, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. This individual will play a key role in supporting sales processes, managing customer interactions, and maintaining operational efficiency. Role Responsibilities * Ensure that all activities are performed in compliance with company policies and guidelines. * Communicate with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support. Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through effective communication. * Update sales personnel and customers on order status, stock availability, and other relevant matters. Act as a liaison between internal teams and customers to ensure seamless communication. * Create accurate and timely quotations for customers, based on their PO, and if stock is not available then coordinate with import and generate purchase requisition. * Process Free of Cost (FOC) orders as per company policy with proper documentation and authorization for all FOC transactions. * Manage inventory reservations and ensure system-based movement and tracking, ensuring close coordination with the sales team. * Address and resolve any discrepancies in stock availability or reserved stock. * Park credit and debit notes in the system with proper documentation and approvals for all financial transactions. * Maintain digital records for efficient and secure information retrieval. * Provide ad-hoc support to the manager as and when required. Relevant Experience 0-1 Relevant experience in customer service, customer experience, or a similar role. Proficiency in data analytics.
