• To ensure the inventory of spares in R&Rs.
• Localization and explore the proprietary sourcing of spares.
• To ensure the availability of stockholders (Vendors, Suppliers) for technical services.
• Optimization of machinery changeover time for all SKU’s manufacturing in PMD&SMD.
• Improve availability of machines by improving maintenance regimes and reduction in breakdown time and cost.
• Innovation and modification (CBAs) to improve machine run ability and reduction of Downtimes.
• Improve the RCO for each Equipment.
• To develop the SAP based Task lists for all SMD and PMD equipment.
• Create an EHS Conscious culture to achieve Zero Accidents.
• Ensure compliance to BAT EHS Policy, Policy Guidelines to ensure high EHS standards.
• Support Pencil Rule & LOTOTO Compliance of all Production Machinery and Equipment.
• Ensure active reporting of unsafe conditions & unsafe acts through Near Miss Reporting Program.
• Support to EH&S team to Risk Assessment of Maintenance Operations and relevant Equipment.
• Support EHS improvements through the Safety Walk program and timely closure of actions.
• Compliance to Policy guideline applicable to Maintenance processes.

Implement the predictive approach (Thermography, Vibro analysis)

For new opeators - Troubleshooting and Operating the following Equipment.

• Maker/Packer
• Labeler
• Shrink Wrapper
• Maintenance Capability
• Pneumatic system Maintenance
• Sub-Assembly refurnishe
• Team Building:
• Train the Team on VELO plant machinery for improve the mastery of Team on machinery and individualize problem solving skills.
• Educate the team how to achieve the Business KPI’s.

• Train the Team to how the perform rapid changeover (PMD&SMD).
• On the time delivery of feedback to improve team capability
• Support to team in AM capability building.
• Support to E&T Pillar team for Technical training material development and highlight the technical lack area.
• Merge the electrical & mechanical concept in one team as technical mastery team.
