Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Google Sheets and Excel, a strong ability to perform bank reconciliations, and the capability to teach and train team members. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Google Sheets and Excel Use:
• Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets using advanced formulas and functions.
• Utilize data validation, conditional formatting, pivot tables, and macros for data analysis and reporting.
• Create and automate financial models, dashboards, and reports.
• Bank Reconciliation:
• Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations for multiple accounts.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and internal financial records.
• Maintain meticulous records of transactions and adjustments.
• Teaching and Training:
• Train team members on advanced functionalities of Google Sheets and Excel.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops to enhance the teams skills.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including the use of complex formulas and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of bank reconciliation processes and principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of automation tools and scripting (e.g., Google Apps Script, VBA).
• Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 per month
